This is a full-time, hourly, union position and reports to the Distribution Manager. The compensation range for this position is $34.16-$46.09 per hour plus a 10% bonus target. Effective October 1, 2026, the compensation range for this position is $35.18-$47.44 per hour plus a 10% bonus target.\n\nResponsibilities \nMaintain safe working conditions in accordance with established Company policies\nIdentify, report and/or correct unsafe work environments\nOperate all hand/power tools in a competent manner\nInstall, repair, replace, and trouble shoot piping systems, valves, steam traps, pumps\nPerform preventive maintenance as scheduled\nMust be able to work overtime as required\nExercise caution in the use and maintenance of all company equipment\nRespond to emergency situations immediately and work quickly to correct the problem(s).\nParticipate in training to continue education and skills in craft\nDemonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing\nPerform other duties as assigned by Distribution Manager\nParticipate in training to further welding skills, as needed by the department\nTakes rotating, on-call (beeper) on weekends, back shifts, and holidays\nMust be able to work overtime as required\n\nBasic Qualifications\nHS Diploma or GED\nMinimum one year experience in an industrial maintenance setting\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to work with minimum supervision \nAbility to perform basic computer operations and use email\n\nOther Qualifications\nValid MD 4th or 5th Grade Stationary Engineers License\nMinimum one year Pipefitting experience\nMinimum one year Welding experience\nMinimum one year Rigging certification\n\nPhysical Requirements \nMust possess a valid driver’s license and insurable by Company’s vehicle insurance carrier.
