The HRBP aligns human resource objectives with employees and management at the Vicinity corporate level. The HRBP anticipates, manages, and delivers value-added services that impact the organization’s goals in the areas of recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and career development. This position will collaborate with the Leadership Team, recruiting partner, labor relations, talent management and payroll/HRIS team to deliver exceptional customer service to the business. This is a full-time exempt position located in Boston, MA. The HR Business Partner reports to the SVP of HR. The compensation is $130-160K plus 20% bonus target.\n\nResponsibilities\nServes as the HR subject matter expert to managers and employees and establishes HR as a credible and trustworthy business resource.\nEnsure HR is providing customer-oriented service to the business including talent management and organizational effectiveness.\nManage programs, policies, and procedures to support the organizational culture.\nFoster a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture through education, communication, and initiatives.\nCoach managers and others to achieve maximum potential.\nFacilitate performance management through coaching, systems, and processes.\nDevelop and coordinate learning and development plans to transfer knowledge and provide career growth for employees across the business.\nConduct assessments to identify issues and partners with managers to implement solutions Communicates and applies policy and procedures across organization and recommends changes to support business needs.\nPartner with Manager, Labor Relations to conduct investigations of workplace policy violations and mediates difficult employee relations issues.\nServes as a team leader for organizational initiatives and implements change management as needed to support initiatives.\nGathers and reports HR metrics including key performance indicators to assess and improve HR service.\n\nBasic Qualifications \nMinimum eight years’ experience in human resources function.\nMinimum two years’ experience with two of the following: succession planning, talent development, or developing training programs.\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.\nPreferred Qualifications \nMinimum three years’ strategic HR experience supporting a multi-state matrixed organization. \nMaster’s degree from an accredited institution.\nMinimum two years’ experience working closely with site and corporate leadership teams.\n\nPhysical Requirements \nMust submit to a company provided drug screening as part of pre-employment process.\nTravel expected up to 25% of the
