This person will also employ reliability centered maintenance concepts to a preventive maintenance program. This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located in Baltimore, MD. The compensation for this position is $33.58 per hour plus a 10% bonus target. \n\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate regular planning meetings to establish work priorities, sequence of short and long term work activities, and collaborate with others to determine deadlines.\nVisit customer sites to monitor progress of maintenance projects.\nIssues reports and conducts management presentations on work order aging, work plans, schedules, and progress updates.\nFacilitate meetings that will review all planned work and determine what work should be scheduled.\nIdentify critical path obstacles in the process and work through them.\nWork with supervisors to review work orders to prioritize them in regard to criticality and necessity.\nWork with the Maintenance Manager in the development of outage scopes based on existing work orders, a knowledge of concerns, and expected PM work.\nUse the tools in CMMS to update schedules and work order statuses.\nCreation, modification, and deletion of equipment identifications.\nRun and distribute reports including backlog reports, key performance indicators (KPI) reports, track statistically KPI, analyze and report findings to management team on a scheduled basis.\nAssist in the develop and update long term milestones and project schedules.\nFollow purchasing and procurement policies when scheduling vendors or purchasing supplies.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nHS Diploma or GED.\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience planning, scheduling, coordination in an industrial or power plant setting.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of mechanical and piping systems with a high level of expertise using Maximo, the company’s computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nMaximo implementation experience, CAD 2000, SQL, and Oracle data base knowledge in an industrial application.\nComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nOther Qualifications\nExcellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure with superior interpersonal skills.\nUses discretion concerning confidential and sensitive company information.\nAbility to work with all levels of the organization.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nMust submit to company provided pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.\nMust possess a valid driver license in good standing in order to operate a company vehicle.
