This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday - Thursday 11:30PM - 7:30AM. Operators are responsible for:\nOperate work center equipment to achieve standard production rates, report on equipment downtime or malfunction and monitor work center output for conformance to specification.\nUtilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks.\nCross-train and certify in a minimum of four package assembly work centers including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead or Test.\nPerform all responsibilities within the company’s guidelines of quality, safety and cost.\nWork with a minimum of direct supervision.\nPerform any additional tasks as requested or directed.\nEducation / Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to understand written and verbal instructions.\nExcellent communication and team work skills.\nComputer Literacy.\nCompensation Data\nEntry Level Salary:\n$17.50/hour. Rates are higher based upon experience.\n20% Shift Differential for working 3rd Shift\nPlease note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures.
