If you are passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of power converter products, possess a background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Six Sigma, and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this Test Engineer position.\nJob Description\nATE Hardware and Software Design: Design and build proprietary ATE hardware and software solutions to facilitate comprehensive testing of power converters.\nTest Software Development: Develop test software modules using Universal Software Test Architecture (USTA), leveraging programming languages such as C and Visual Basic. This includes working with a variety of computer platforms and embedded microcontrollers.\nUtilize advance statistical tools such as Minitab, JMP, SPC, DOE, and regression analysis to analyze process performance and drive data based quality improvements in manufacturing operations. Lead or support Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) initiatives to reduce process varieties, improve product quality and enhance manufacturing operation efficiency.\nInstrumentation Integration: Evaluate and integrate \"off-the-shelf\" instrumentation components with communication protocols, such as GPIB, VXI, PXI, and Serial, into the testing infrastructure.\nCollaboration with Design Engineering: Work closely with the Design Engineering team to develop and maintain new test procedures and test circuit schematics that align with product specifications and design requirements.\nCollaboration with Manufacturing Engineering: Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team to provide ongoing support and optimization of existing ATE systems, contributing to efficient production processes.\nDocumentation: Thoroughly document all stages of software and hardware development, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the testing process.\nEducation / Qualifications\nBSEE with 2+ years of analog design experience or test engineering for analog products.\nMust possess a working knowledge of Windows 10 and embedded Operating Systems.\nProgramming experience with high-level object oriented languages C++.
