You'll address customer inquiries on Victaulic products and may visit their facilities for technical support and seminars.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop expertise in Victaulic products and system solutions, including couplings, valves, fittings, devices, and related applications.\nGain working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as applicable codes and standards (ISO, EN, PED, etc.).\nProvide technical product support by responding to customer inquiries and communicating through phone, email, and digital platforms.\nAssist with technical troubleshooting, product investigations, returned product evaluations, and technical reporting.\nParticipate in customer visits and technical engagements to support product application and problem resolution.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to support business objectives and improve customer experience.\nSupport customer training, technical presentations, and educational initiatives.\nPerform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Application Engineering Manager or Group Leader.\nAbout Yo\nBachelor of Science Degree in a relevant engineering discipline\nTypically 2-3 years of experience in fire protection, mechanical systems, or related industries\nWorking knowledge of mechanical systems and product applications\nAbility to solve technical problems using engineering fundamentals\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively in written and verbal formats\nProficient in Microsoft Office Products\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nWillingness to travel domestically and within Europe as required\nWhat working at Victaulic offers\nAttractive remuneration package - including a health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers and eco vouchers.\nPersonal growth - Cultivate personal growth through a well-defined career path offering annual progression opportunities.
