In this role, you’ll support global fabrication capacity planning by independently developing, analyzing, and maintaining the data, models, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools used to evaluate capacity, identify constraints, and inform business decisions across the fabrication network. Working closely with fabrication facilities and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll exercise discretion and independent judgment to transform operational and demand data into actionable insights, automated reporting, and decision-support tools that improve visibility, planning accuracy, and operational performance.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN\nMaintain and validate fabrication capacity data by facility, process, equipment, labor type, and capability.\nIndependently develop and maintain capacity models reflecting current, future, and constrained operating scenarios, exercising judgment on assumptions and analytical approach.\nTranslate demand forecasts into capacity requirements, supporting forecasting, response curve development, and what-if analysis.\nMonitor facility load versus available capacity across key fabrication processes, identifying utilization gaps, bottlenecks, and emerging constraints.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to support load balancing, make-versus-where decisions, and insource/outsource evaluations.\nAnalyze throughput, backlog, and utilization trends to identify improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain fabrication capacity databases, analytical datasets, tools, and standardized templates, ensuring consistency across models, systems, and reporting platforms.\nSupport data collection, validation, transformation, integration, and onboarding of new facilities, equipment, products, and processes.\nPrepare local, regional, and global capacity utilization reports and dashboards, including Qlik Cloud and other BI platforms.\nSupport business reviews, planning reviews, ad hoc reporting requests, and leadership presentations, continuously improving reporting automation and usability.\nIndependently develop analytical tools, models, and decision-support solutions, using AI-assisted technologies to accelerate data processing and automate recurring reporting workflows.\nPerform independent analysis to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and anomalies, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.\nPartner with fabrication facilities, materials, supply chain, operations, engineering, planning, Sales, Operations Planning, VDC, and other business functions to align capacity assumptions with operational realities.\nSupport Lean initiatives, bottleneck reduction, root-cause analysis, and standardization of capacity metrics and reporting methodologies.\nSupport capacity expansion, CapEx justification, network optimization studies, and digital transformation initiatives.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial planning, operations analytics, or a related environment.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience in capacity planning, production planning, manufacturing analytics, or business intelligence.\nExperience working with manufacturing or operational datasets and translating data into business insights, using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nUnderstanding of Lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, and capacity management principles.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and data management skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and occasional flexibility for after-hours communication with global teams and limited travel (WHAT SETS YOU APART\nExperience with QlikCloud, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, analytical models, automated workflows, or decision-support tools.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (M3, BPCS, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and manufacturing planning processes.\nExperience utilizing AI-assisted tools to improve analytics, reporting, automation, or decision-making.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBuild A Better Career\nCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives \nCareer development programs and internal promotion pathways-we build from within \nTuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities \nBuild A Better Future\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage \nRetirement savings plans with company match \nLife insurance and disability coverage \nBuild A Better You\nPaid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicable \nEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness resources \nInclusive, team-oriented culture where people look out for one another \nBuild A Better World\nJoin a company whose products contribute to a safer, more sustainable built environment every day.\nIMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP\nVictaulic does not provide immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or other work visa sponsorship) for this position.
