Learn more about how our innovative piping products and design services can engineer confidence into your build by visiting our website.\nThe Role\nAs a Fabrication Coordinator you will be part of the team responsible for effectively and efficiently managing our prefabrication orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products.\nPlanning and organizing the daily production activities within your team to ensure an efficient workflow.\n\nEnsuring good communication and cooperation between the different teams and departments (Customer care, Logistics, VDC, external suppliers) within our prefabrication locations.\n\nDrawing up and following up production schedules, taking deadlines and customer requirements into account.\n\nPrioritize and expedite all incoming orders to ensure on-time availability.\n\nManage the stock of raw materials and materials and ensure that they are replenished in a timely manner.\n\nMonitor quality and ensure that products meet the set standards and specifications.\n\nReporting production data, performance and any deviations to the Fabrication Operations Manager.\n\nAssist in organizing transportation to our customers & subcontractors.\n\nAbout You\nYou have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience\n\nYou have an eye for quality, safety and efficiency.\n\nExperience with the ERP system is considered a plus (Infor M3).\n\nStrong proficiency in Excel\n\nYou have good organizational and planning skills.\n\nWilling and able to travel within EMEA as required.\n\nYou speak English and preferably Dutch.\n\nWhat working at Victaulic offers\nAttractive remuneration package - including, an iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers and eco vouchers.\n\nPersonal growth - Cultivate personal growth through a well-defined career path offering annual progression opportunities.
