The role manages supplier accounts, reconciliations, payment queries, and supports strong financial controls.\nIn addition, the Finance Assistant assists with accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and general accounting activities, including month-end reporting, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline finance processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the accuracy of financial operations.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN\nSupport the smooth and effective operation of the Finance function by managing daily accounting activities and ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions.\n\nProcess and maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger transactions in a timely and compliant manner.\n\nReview, validate, and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and internal control requirements.\n\nPrepare and submit e-invoices, ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations and business requirements.\n\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial reporting requirements.\n\nSupport internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and responding to information requests.\n\nAssist with statutory reporting, tax filings, government submissions, and other regulatory compliance obligations.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and reporting practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.\n\nCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and provide timely financial support across the business.\n\nUndertake additional finance, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nDiploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
