Serving as the primary contact for employees and leasing providers, this role oversees vehicle administration throughout the full lifecycle, maintains accurate fleet records, ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies, and provides support on fleet-related matters such as vehicle allocation, maintenance, insurance, claims, and lease returns.\nWhat you will do\nAct as primary fleet contact for EMEA - guiding employees and coordinating with leasing partners\nManage the full vehicle lifecycle: ordering, registration, insurance, maintenance, and end-of-lease returns\nKeep fleet data accurate: vehicles, drivers, contracts, mileage, and renewal records\nHandle damage cases, fines, insurance claims, and country-specific exceptions\nSupport onboarding with vehicle allocation, documentation, and policy communication\nEnsure compliance with local regulations, company car policy, and duty of care across EMEA\nIndirect Purchasing\nOwn end-to-end purchasing for indirect categories (services, MRO, facilities, packaging, tooling, professional services)\nWork with purchase team as a backup.\nContinuous Improvement\nStandardise processes, create SOPs, and eliminate manual steps\nSupport system improvements (M3, Medius, reporting) to boost efficiency\nTrack KPIs (PO cycle time, fleet lead times, fines aging) and drive improvement actions\nAbout You\nBachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or equivalent\n3+ years in fleet management experience, buyer experience is a plus\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills\nFluent English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred\nCompetencies & Tools\nCustomer-first mindset\nChange & improvement mindset\nAttention to detail & compliance\nERP: M3 and Medius Procurement\nProblem solving & escalation management\nTools: Fleetwave & Medius\nTime management across countries & deadlines\nMicrosoft 365: Excel, Teams, Outlook\n\nWhat working at Victaulic offers\nAttractive remuneration package - including, an iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers and eco vouchers.\nPersonal growth - Cultivate personal growth through a well-defined career path offering annual progression opportunities.
