# Floor Trainer

Job Description Floor Trainer (Hourly) Position Summary Victaulic is seeking a dedicated Floor Trainer to support the training and development of employees within our manufacturing operation. This position will work directly on the production floor to provide hands-on training, coaching, and reinforcement of established work procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing processes. The Floor Trainer will support the onboarding of new employees and the continued development of existing employees by demonstrating proper work methods, evaluating employee progress, identifying areas where additional training is needed, and providing one-on-one or small-group instruction based on individual skill levels. This role will work closely with production employees, supervisors, and other members of the operations team to help ensure employees receive consistent and effective training. The Floor Trainer will also assist with maintaining training records, communicating training requirements, and supporting FEM/5S initiatives.
