You'll partner closely with business leaders, HR, and our Global L&D team to design and deliver development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate employee growth, and support long-term career progression.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that drive business performance.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN\nDesign, implement, and facilitate learning and development programs across leadership, professional, technical, and commercial capability areas.\nDeliver engaging workshops and learning experiences both in person and virtually.\nPartner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into practical development solutions.\nFacilitate leadership development programs and support managers in building coaching and people leadership skills.\nDevelop career pathways, mentoring initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs that support employee growth and succession planning.\nContribute to improving the employee experience through onboarding, induction, and early-career development initiatives.\nManage learning programs end-to-end, including planning, delivery, measurement, evaluation, and reporting.\nTrack learning effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with global and regional teams on broader learning and talent development initiatives.\nSupport HR projects by providing L&D expertise across talent, engagement, and workforce development activities.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nExperience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Development, or a similar HR-related role.\nProven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.\nExperience working with leaders and managers to develop capability and performance.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience measuring learning outcomes and demonstrating business impact.\nAbility to work effectively with a diverse workforce, including operational and frontline teams.\nWillingness to travel within Australia and occasionally throughout Southeast Asia.\nAble to work on-site full-time from our Eagle Farm office.\nWHAT SETS YOU APART\nCoaching certification or formal coaching training.\nExperience supporting leadership development programs.\nBackground in sales, commercial, or technical capability development.\nExperience building mentoring, coaching, or knowledge-sharing frameworks.\nUnderstanding of change management and modern learning methodologies.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nBuild A Better Career\nCompetitive salary package\nCareer development programs and internal promotion opportunities.
