In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement through engineering concepts and lean principles to enhance productivity, eliminate waste, and uphold safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, planning, and maintenance teams to support process improvements and standardization across manufacturing sites, while keeping a strong presence on the production floor.
