The Project Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining project schedules, monitoring deliverables, supporting customer communication, and ensuring project documentation remains accurate and up to date.\nThe successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively with internal teams, customers, contractors, and external stakeholders. This role also offers a clear development pathway toward a future Project Execution Manager position within Victaulic.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN\nSupport the Project Execution Manager with day-to-day coordination of active projects.\nAssist in maintaining project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action item trackers.\nCoordinate project documentation, meeting minutes, project correspondence, and filing systems.\nTrack project progress and assist with the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.\nSchedule and coordinate internal project meetings, customer meetings, and project reviews.\nWork closely with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support project execution activities.\nAssist in monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.\nFollow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables are completed on schedule.\nSupport project planning & setup, execution, and close-out activities.\nHelp identify project risks, schedule impacts, and potential issues and escalate as appropriate.\nAssist with customer communications related to project updates, schedules, and deliverables.\nParticipate in site visits and customer meetings as required.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.\nPrepare and deliver project presentations to support internal and customer communication.\nConduct MAR (Material-Availability-Report) analysis to support project reporting.\nCommit to continuous learning through training, mentoring, and skill development initiatives.\nSupport teammates while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nAssist in responding to RFP’s and contribute to proposal development as needed.\nSupport contract, change, and interface management activities throughout project execution.\nEnsure proper storage and organization of project files, drawings, and records throughout the project lifecycle.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.\nWHAT SETS YOU APART\nExperience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.\nFamiliarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Autodesk, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of project management principles and methodologies.\nCAPM certification or project management coursework is considered an asset.\nExperience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.\nExposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization initiatives.\nFamiliarity with contracting models such as EPC, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and Time & Material.\nAwareness of safety procedures and regulatory compliance requirements in construction or industrial environments.\nWillingness to travel up to 15-20% throughout
