verify materials meet engineering specifications and purchase requirements.\nReview Certificates of Compliance (COCs), Material Test Reports (MTRs), and supplier documentation.\nIdentify and quarantine nonconforming incoming materials.\nPerform in-process and final product inspections per established inspection plans.\nConduct visual inspections for workmanship and product quality.\nProficiently operate tape measures, calipers, thread gauges, go/no-go gauges, and basic dial indicators.\nComplete inspection reports and maintain traceability records accurately.\nIsolate, label, and document nonconforming materials.\nPerform process audits throughout production shifts.\nEnsure all inspection equipment remains calibrated;
