The Sales & Pricing Analyst will play a key role in evaluating pricing opportunities, supporting complex commercial decisions, and delivering meaningful reporting that helps guide strategic business initiatives.\nWorking closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Product Management, and Customer-Facing teams, you'll transform market data, sales trends, and margin analysis into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth and operational excellence.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, naturally curious, and passionate about leveraging data, technology, and business intelligence tools to solve complex challenges and improve decision-making across the organization.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve pricing models, discount frameworks, and margin analysis tools.\nAnalyze historical sales performance, win/loss trends, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning to support pricing recommendations.\nPartner with Sales teams to evaluate deal economics and provide pricing guidance for strategic opportunities.\nOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting, quota attainment tracking, and pricing variance analysis.\nEnsure sales statistics are accurately coded and maintained for reporting purposes, including branch transfers and annual sales territory realignments.\nMaintain sales personnel records, reporting structures, and systems access across the organization.\nBuild dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nCollaborate with Finance on pricing reviews, profitability analysis, and cost-of-change initiatives.\nSupport new product pricing strategies, annual price increase programs, and discount governance initiatives.\nPrepare and distribute recurring and ad-hoc sales reports for leadership and field sales teams.\nProcess monthly Ship & Debit claims across designated distributor accounts.\nPresent analytical findings and business recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enhanced reporting capabilities.\nAssist with special projects and strategic business initiatives as assigned.\nMentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of pricing and sales analytics best practices.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, sales operations, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related function.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis, and complex formulas.\nExperience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.\nExperience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.\nComfortable working with large datasets and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.\nWHAT SETS YOU APART\nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environment.\nKnowledge of pricing strategy principles including margin analysis, value-based pricing, competitive benchmarking, and price optimization.\nSQL knowledge and experience working with large databases.\nExperience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.\nFamiliarity with pricing software platforms such as PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.\nExposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling techniques.\nExperience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics tools to improve business processes and reporting efficiency.\nStrong presentation skills and experience
