For more information, visit www.victaulic.com.\nJob Scope\nVictaulic is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of pipe support systems, seismic restraints, and structural interfaces across a wide range of projects. This role is suited for candidates with strong structural fundamentals, with the opportunity to contribute at a more senior level based on experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and analyze pipe supports, anchors, guides, restraints, and related structural components\nPerform structural calculations for steel supports, base plates, anchorage, and foundations\nDesign seismic bracing systems in accordance with applicable building codes and standards\nEvaluate loads, structural interfaces, and coordination with mechanical, civil, and architectural disciplines\nDevelop calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables in collaboration with internal teams\nProvide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, including participation in meetings and presentations\nSupport field activities, including site visits, troubleshooting, and installation guidance\nAdditional Responsibilities\nLead complex or large-scale projects and provide technical oversight\nReview and approve calculations and design deliverables for accuracy and compliance\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to team development\nSupport business development efforts and represent engineering in customer-facing interactions\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering\n5+ years of relevant structural engineering experience\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred\nExperience with pipe support design, industrial or building systems is an asset\nKnowledge of applicable codes (ASCE, IBC, AISC, ACI, NFPA, etc.)\nProficiency with structural analysis tools (RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar)\nStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nWillingness to travel (15-20%)\nSalary: $80 - 110k (based on experience)\nVictaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
