For more information, visit www.victaulic.com.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan territory, focusing on promoting our innovative engineered products and solutions. This role engages primarily with engineering firms and contractors in the commercial, mechanical, PVF, residential, and industrial sectors, while supporting the development of strong relationships, sales growth, and the local distribution network.\nThe role supports approximately 25% travel within the province, including engagement with contractors and projects outside of the immediate Saskatoon area.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPromote and sell our products and services to engineers, contractors, distributors, and end-users\nConduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and inform sales strategy\nSet and achieve sales objectives and forecasts in collaboration with your manager\nCultivate strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships\nOrganize promotional activities including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits\nIdentify and pursue significant construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential\nStrengthen distributor networks to ensure excellent customer service standards\nStay current on industry knowledge and communicate training needs to your manager\nWork closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience\nProvide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends\nDesired Skills & Experience:\n2-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the construction or related industries\nProven track record of building relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors\nStrong organizational and communication skills with mechanical aptitude\nCollege or university degree preferred\nWillingness totravel approximately 25% of the time, including some overnight trips\nWhy Join Us?
