TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nActively participate in training program to develop welding skills and knowledge.\nEnsure all welds are clean, grinded and inspected; repair welds if necessary before moving product to next operation\nAll welds to be performed according to drawings and/or instructions.\nEnsure that all inspection record and other record requirement are filled out neatly and correctly and returned to supervisor at the end of work day\nEnsure work is carried out in accordance with established company procedures\nMake sure that welding machine calibration sticker is up-to-date\nMaintain a neat and clean workplace; comply with any FEM and LEAN manufacturing principles\nImmediately report any unsafe equipment to supervisor, lock out equipment until repairs can be performed\nAdhere to company policies and safety procedures\nUse flame cutting equipment if instructed\nSAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT:\nThe use of appropriate safety equipment, as described below, is a mandatory condition of employment and not a matter of choice. Victaulic will provide the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
