site visits and take accurate site measurements where required.\n\nQuotations & Order Processing\n\n Prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications and follow up until deal closure.\n\n Confirm product availability and manage order booking.\n\n Negotiate effectively with clients to finalize sales.\n\nInvoicing & Delivery\n\n Process client payments in compliance with company policies.\n\n Liaise with the front desk and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.\n\n Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues during or after delivery.\n\nClient Relationship Management\n\n Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.\n\n Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback on products and services.\n\n Address and escalate client concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.\n\n Update client database with accurate and up-to-date information.\n\nShowroom & Policy Support\n\n Assist Visual Merchandisers in setting up attractive showroom displays.\n\n Adhere strictly to company sales policies, procedures, and payment terms.\n\n Share feedback and recommendations with the Branch Manager to improve sales operations.\n\nRequirements\n\n Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in furniture retail sales.\n\n Strong track record in sales, client engagement, and deal closure.\n\n Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\n\n Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.\n\n Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.\n\n High sense of responsibility, integrity, and business ethics.\n\n Strong client orientation with a solution-driven approach.\n\n Ability to engage confidently with high-end clients and customize solutions to their needs.\n\n Well-versed in CRM practices for maintaining and strengthening client
