You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, developing strong relationships with our crews, and ensuring homeowners receive the high-quality experience they deserve.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOversee multiple installation and repair projects daily, from initial scheduling through final completion.\nLead, support, and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nPartner with Sales Managers and Production Administrators to coordinate project timelines, resolve challenges, and meet customer expectations.\nProactively identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.\nConduct pre-installation, installation, and post-installation inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and established processes.\nCommunicate with homeowners throughout their projects, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.\nMonitor project progress and hold field teams accountable for quality, productivity, and timely completion.\nReview and approve payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve installation processes, team performance, and operational efficiency.\nRepresent King Quality Roofing with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to doing the job right.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nPrevious supervisory or management experience.\nExperience in a customer service, field operations, or project coordination role.\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and hold others accountable.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nA customer-first mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship and service excellence.\nAbility to work collaboratively with field teams, sales, and administrative staff.\nFlexibility to manage changing schedules and resolve time-sensitive project issues.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in residential roofing, construction, or home improvement.\nExperience managing installation crews, contractors, or field service technicians.\nFamiliarity with installation quality
