Specific activities may change from time to time.\nAssist camp program team in the planning of camp programs and operations to reflect the mission and goals of Victory Junction \nPlan and facilitate elements of summer camp programming, particularly in high-risk areas\nPlan and facilitate special events as they relate to the programs \nEnsure camp is current with all ACA and SeriousFun accreditation \nCoordinate and Facilitate the Family Weekend Program to include a thorough schedule of events and logistics alongside the Assistant Camp Director\nManages high risk program areas: Adventure and Aquatics. Ensures that these program areas are consistently safe and compliant to use\nActively participate with the Program Team’s development, coordination and facilitation of volunteer and staff orientation \nSupport all staff and volunteer recruitment & management\nServe as a key member of the Program Quality implementation team\nProvide supervision and support to all summer staff by means of evaluations, feedback, etc. \nManage program dietary needs to the dining hall \nBe an active member of the crisis intervention team \nBe an active team player and contribute/promote a positive professional culture for all \nTo adhere to and implement the policies and procedures of the Victory Junction\nLive on camp facility for family weekends, orientation, and summer sessions.
