The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with Data lake platforms (preferably GCP / GBQ or equivalent) with experience of ETL development/data pipeline set-up and data warehouse layers.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nYou will:\nSet up ETL pipelines to load data from various domains using API, Cloud SQL, scripts, FTP/SFTP etc.\nCollaborate with business analysts & product owners to understand data requirements.\nOptimize query performance to enhance data warehouse responsiveness.\nLead the design, development, and deployment of data warehouse solutions for those datasets containing PII info.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for the data warehouse, including data dictionaries and technical specifications.\nMonitor data warehouse performance and capacity, performing necessary optimizations and upgrades.\n\nQualifications\n\nWe ask:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and high level of English proficiency.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in data pipeline and data warehouse management.\nStrong knowledge of GCP and GBQ is a must preferred.\nStrong knowledge of data warehouse modeling, concepts and SQL.\nProficiency in scripting languages (such as Python is preferred).\nExperience with agile working processes.\nFamiliarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub, Bit Bucket.\n\nAbout the Company\n\nWhy vidaXLvidaXL is a major player in the ever-growing world of e-commerce.
