strong experience with modern JavaScript ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems.\n\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Nexus and Customer Service domain microservices.\nContribute to the modernization of legacy systems and migration toward modern architecture and frameworks.\nDesign and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and APIs.\nBuild and maintain frontend functionality using Vue.js and Vuetify.\nDesign and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by:\nCS AI applications\nchatbot platforms\nZendesk integrations\nAnd more\nContribute to decoupling and redesigning existing monolithic services into domain-oriented microservices.\nCollaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices.\nTroubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and reliability.\nEnsure high standards in:\ncode quality\nautomated testing\ndocumentation\nmaintainability\nContribute to automated testing strategy and engineering best practices.\nWork closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.\nImprove system observability using tools such as Datadog.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience in software development.\nStrong experience with:\nJavaScript / TypeScript\nNode.js\nVue.js\nREST APIs\nmicroservices architecture\nExperience with:\nVue 3\nVuetify\nmodern frontend development practices\nExperience building and maintaining scalable backend services.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.\nExperience with:\nDocker\nKubernetes\nCI/CD pipelines\nFamiliarity with:\nElasticsearch\nevent-driven systems\nasynchronous architectures\nStrong experience in:\ndebugging\nincident resolution\nperformance optimization\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog.\nActive usage of AI-assisted engineering tools such as:\nGitHub Copilot\nAnthropic Claude Code\nMicrosoft Copilot\nCursor AI\nor similar\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nFluent in English with strong communication skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience modernizing legacy applications.\nExperience with:\nKafka\nGoogle Pub/Sub\ndistributed systems\nExperience in eCommerce or Customer Service technology domains.\nExperience with:\nZendesk\nchatbot platforms\nFamiliarity with Java or Spring Boot ecosystems.\nExperience being part of cross-functional international
