Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused problem-solver who thrives on turning technical measurement setup into a smooth client experience? Let's talk.\nAs a Delivery Manager on our Professional Services team, you will be the day-to-day operational owner of client onboarding, platform delivery, and ongoing support for VideoAmp's measurement clients. You will partner closely with Account Management and Solutions Engineering to make sure every client's platform, reporting, and data needs are configured, delivered, and maintained accurately and on time.\nWhat You'll Do\nClient Onboarding\nPartner with Account Management to schedule and help lead onboarding calls, confirming measurement scope, deliverables, and service expectations.\nSend onboarding workbooks to clients and submit tickets for any setup items that are not self-service, looping in Solutions Engineers to address technical questions.\nPlatform Configuration & Data Management\nBuild and maintain custom audiences within the platform based on client-defined criteria.\nOwn creative fingerprinting for RaaS/CTV measurement, as captured in the client's digital data onboarding workbook.\nRequest and validate metadata mapping before building any client deliverable.\nOpen and manage tickets for pixel QA and discrepancy checks, escalating to Account Management when a client is unresponsive to changes that could impact renewal or upsell opportunities.\nReporting & Deliverables\nBuild and deliver platform dashboard reporting stipulated in the client's contract or order.\nBuild templated and contracted reporting decks in partnership with Account Management, who provides templates and any bespoke upsell content and owns final delivery of assets to the customer.\nSupport & Troubleshooting\nCreate and manage JIRA tickets for onboarding and troubleshooting needs.\nSupport troubleshooting of platform issues, including data discrepancies, report failures, and access issues.\nManage support requests tied to known product limitations (e.g., walled-garden reporting, local measurement).\nOngoing Account Support\nSupport recurring Office Hours and quarterly Account Reviews.\nProvide input into billing-related reporting and account-specific trackers.\nContribute context and ticket history to escalations related to product issues, feature gaps, or revenue risk.\nStay informed on account plans, renewals, and capability upsell opportunities to help flag risk or growth signals.\nWhat You'll Bring\n4+ years of experience in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical account management role, preferably in ad tech, media measurement, or a related data-driven industry.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, tickets, and deliverables simultaneously without dropping details.\nComfort working with data platforms, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), and technical concepts such as pixels, tags, and data mapping.\nFluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort learning new internal platforms and tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering.\nA proactive, QA-focused mindset with an interest in building repeatable, scalable delivery processes.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and escalate appropriately when client needs or risks arise.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with pixel/tag implementation, ad serving platforms, or digital audience measurement.\nFamiliarity with CTV, cross-screen, or walled-garden measurement concepts.\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase Salary\n$94,000 to $105,000 (commensurate with experience)\nEquity\nEquity participation included\nTime Off\nDiscretionary & flexible PTO + Spring, Summer & Winter company breaks\nHealth\nInclusive and comprehensive medical, dental & vision\nFinancial\n401(k) with matching · HSA & FSA\nFamily\nPaid Maternity & Parental Leave for all family additions\nPerks\nCell phone & wifi reimbursement · Commuter benefits\nOur Values\n01 One VideoAmp\nWe win together\nWe operate as one team, prioritizing shared success over individual wins.
