Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.\nWhat You'll Do\nCall and message end customers and partners every day from a prioritized call queue.\nSpend at least two hours a day in real conversations with new prospects and partners.\nBook meetings with the right decision-makers and confirm a real need.\nTurn qualified interest into opportunities, and hand them to the account team with a clear summary.\nRegister partner opportunities the same day you hear about them, and sign a new partner when a deal needs one.\nLog every call, email and meeting in HubSpot the same day.\nUse Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for prospect research, call prep, outreach and follow-up.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\nClear, confident spoken and written English. You're easy to understand on the phone with US buyers.\n4+ years in business development for B2B software, with meetings and opportunities you can point to.\nExperience working with resellers, system integrators or referral partners.\nExperience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.\nA habit of logging every call and meeting the same day.\nExperience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. You can quickly tell a real need from polite interest, and you keep your pipeline and CRM clean.
