We build and support the software, and the channel sells it, with qualified partners also installing, delivering and supporting deployments for their own clients. That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.\nAI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)\nThe candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.\nResponsibilities:\nGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers & engineers.\nResponsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs\nOwnership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance\nAbility to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements\nAccountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance\nCommunicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and mock-ups with the team.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular 2+, React, and JavaScript.\nCreate reusable widgets and componentry for efficient development.\nBuild and maintain a scalable server-side technology stack, providing APIs for various products and integrations.\nDevelop and enhance back-end processing pipelines to ensure scalability and performance.\nEnsure security, scalability, and elasticity to support high-traffic applications.\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, peer code reviews, and participate in bug bashes.\nFollow and enforce Agile (SCRUM) development methodologies.\nContinuously research and adopt new technologies to improve application performance.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong proficiency in Angular 2+, React, and JavaScript.\nExperience with at least one back-end technology such as ASP.NET, C#, Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python.\nExpertise in API development and middleware for web applications.\nKnowledge of SQL Server, Visual Studio 2019, and SQL Server Management Studio.\nExperience designing scalable applications with a deep understanding of security best practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile (SCRUM) development processes.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET 5, SignalR, gRPC, WebSockets.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, or Google PaaS Services.\nKnowledge of system-level programming (sockets, multi-threading, distributed applications).\nExposure to video streaming technologies, encoders/decoders.\nExperience with Containers, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Zipkin, Consul, Zookeeper, Redis, gRPC protocols, and mDNS.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.\nStrong understanding of OOP principlesand data structuring concepts.\nMust be authorized to work legally.\nEssential Skills:\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools-including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT-to enhance efficiency.
