That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.\nAI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)\nThe candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and build end-to-end web applicationsusing .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)for the backend and Angularfor the frontend.\nResponsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs\nOwnership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance\nAbility to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements\nAccountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIsto power web and mobile applications.\nImplement front-end components, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and optimal performance.\nEnhance and optimize back-end processing pipelinesfor scalability and efficiency.\nWork with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)for deployments, storage, and integrations.\nEnsure applications are secure, elastic, and capable of handling millions of concurrent users.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code; conduct unit and integration testing.\nParticipate in peer code reviewsto ensure code quality and consistency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUMenvironment.\nStay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum 5 yearsof relevant experience in full stack or backend development.\nStrong proficiency in .NET / ASP.NET Coreand C#.\nHands-on experience with Angular (latest versions)and TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of Web API design, RESTful architecture, and middleware development.\nExperience in building scalable, distributed systemsand implementing design patterns.\nProficient in SQL databases(SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).\nFamiliarity with cloud services(Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with SignalR, gRPC, or WebSockets.\nExposure to video streaming technologies, encoders/decoders, or multimedia processing.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.\nExperience with system-level programming(multi-threading, sockets, distributed systems).\nKnowledge of AI/ML integrationsfor video/audio analysis is a plus.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science or a related field.\nIndependent, proactive, and go-getter attitude.\nProficient in written and verbal English communication.\nLegally authorized to work in the relevant location.\nEssential Skills:\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools-including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT-to enhance efficiency.
