Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.\nAI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.\nWhat You'll Do\nOnboard new partners so they understand our products, programs and deal registration process.\nHold regular check-in calls with every partner to track their pipeline, needs and progress.\nPass every partner deal registration to business development the same working day.\nSpot partners whose activity has dropped and re-engage them before they go quiet.\nKeep partner tiers, health scores and records current in HubSpot, and log every call, email and meeting the same day.\nUse Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for call prep, call summaries, partner outreach and CRM updates.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\n2+ years in channel, partner or alliance management for software.\nExperience with partner onboarding, deal registration and partner tier programs.\nComfort holding many short partner calls a week while keeping records accurate.\nExperience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.\nCRM experience, ideally HubSpot, is a plus.\nReliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants).\nLegally authorized to work in Pakistan.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nYou're organized, and nothing falls through the cracks.
