VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun product demos on time and log every demo on the deal in HubSpot.\nAnswer technical questions from customers and partners within one working day.\nComplete security and compliance questionnaires.\nSet up trial portals and paid pilots, including pilots for our new AI products.\nWrite the technical sections of bids and proposals.\nBuild partner integrations with the presales team, in the priority set by business leadership.\nUse Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire drafting and proposal writing.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.\n2 to 5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.\nHands-on experience with video, AI or cloud software.\nExcellent spoken and written English for conversations with US customers.\nConfidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical audiences.\nKnowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity, SSO and security questionnaires.\nExperience automating your own routine work with Claude and AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.\nReliable high-speed internet and a professional space for customer calls.\nLegal authorization to work in Pakistan.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nYou explain complex technology simply, answer technical questions quickly and accurately, and keep pilots moving without being chased. You use AI to research and draft faster, and you take ownership with minimal supervision.\nStart date:As soon as possible.
