The role involves delivering solutions across SaaS, customer-hosted Azure and AWS cloud environments, and on-premises deployments.\nVIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight and Redactor, a product family that lets an organization search, analyze, redact and act on its unstructured data, where video, audio, images, documents and text are treated as equal first-class sources rather than one format with the rest bolted on. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy, and much of that installed base runs on premises, in air-gapped environments, or in FedRAMP High environments through our hosting partners, on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture.\nWe are an independent software vendor. We build and support the software, and the channel sells it, with qualified partners also installing, delivering and supporting deployments for their own clients. That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.\nAI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)\nThe candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.\nDesign & UX\nRun the end-to-end UX process - user research, journey mapping, wireframes, and interactive prototypes - for both product and marketing surfaces, and validate designs through usability testing\nDesign and maintain a shared design system (components, tokens, patterns) in Figma that keeps product and web visually and behaviorally consistent\nTranslate ambiguous requirements from product, engineering, and marketing into clear, validated interaction and visual design solutions\nApply visual design fundamentals - typography, layout, color, motion - so interfaces feel considered, not just functional.\nEngineering\nHand-code pixel-perfect, accessible HTML5/CSS3/SCSS and ship production UI in React and/or Angular\nBuild and maintain the marketing site: landing pages, campaigns, brand experience\nEnsure accessibility (WCAG, Section 508) and multilingual/RTL support across every surface\nOptimize performance and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes\nUse analytics and A/B testing to validate design decisions post-launch; use AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to move faster on both design and code.\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years designing and building production web interfaces - real, shipped work spanning both disciplines, not just one\nA portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership: research and wireframes through final shipped UI\nExpert, hand-coded HTML5/CSS3/SCSS/Bootstrap (not just component-library assembly) and hands-on React and/or Angular\nRequired fluency in Figma, plus familiarity with XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator\nStrong visual and interaction design instincts, backed by working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG/Section 508) and RTL/multilingual design\nEnterprise SaaS experience; comfortable working in Agile/Scrum\nClean, standards-compliant code (W3C)\nNice to Have\nPrior end-to-end ownership of both a marketing site (CMS, campaigns) and a product design system\nDeep RTL/bidirectional layout experience\nComfort working in an AI-assisted design/dev workflow\nQualification\nBS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related field\n5+ years in designing & developing both\nAuthorized to Work Legally\nBenefits: Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Separate Maternity Cover, Leave encashment, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, EOBI, Bi-Annual Increment.
