That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.\nAI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)\nThe candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild server-side web technology stack that provides API for various products and integrations\nResponsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs\nOwnership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance\nAbility to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements\nAccountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance\nDevelop and enhance back-end processing pipeline with evolving needs\nWork with Product Analyst, Web Engineers, and other Front and Back end engineers to provide necessary support building new features\nSecuring and ensuring the back-end stack is scalable, elastic and can support millions of concurrent users\nPerform unit, integration testing of developed modules and systems as well as participate in weekly bug bash activity\nPerform Peer code reviews to improve code quality\nFollow and enforce SCRUM/Agile practices as well as work with Product Manager, maintaining product and spring backlog\nPropose and participate in the adoption of new technologies and trends\nEssential Skills:\nMust have worked with at least one server-side technology for developing web application such as ASP.NET OR Java Spring/Spring Boot OR NodeJS OR Python\nHave experience developing and designing API and Middle-ware for the web \nProficient knowledge and in-depth understanding of underlying frameworks like .NET, Java, etc. \nHave experience and knowledge of designing scalable application \nSkilled in implementing design patterns and logic development\n06-07 Years of relevant experience \nPreferred Skills:\nHave created an application using ASP.NET Core, libraries in .NET and Windows services \nHave worked on SignalR OR gRPC OR WebSockets\nHave worked with Azure OR AWS OR Google PaaS Services\nHave done system-level programming such as sockets, multi-threading, or designed distributed applications\nHave worked on video streaming technology or encoders/decoders\nRequired Qualification:\nBS/BSc or above in Computer Science\nCan work independently and have a go-getter attitude\nGood English language verbal and writing communication skills\nAuthorized to work legally\nEssential Skills:\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools-including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT-to enhance efficiency.
