We build and support the software, and the channel sells it, with qualified partners also installing, delivering and supporting deployments for their own clients. That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.\nAI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)\nThe candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business applications and reporting needs.\nResponsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs.\nOwnership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance.\nAbility to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements.\nAccountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.\nEnsure database performance, integrity, and security.\nSupport database backup, restore, and recovery processes.\nMonitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.\nAssist in data migration, ETL processes, and integration between systems.\nCollaborate with software engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow and reliability.\nParticipate in database documentation and version control practices.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.\nStrong command over T-SQL, including query writing, joins, indexing, and optimization.\nSolid understanding of database normalization, data modeling, and ER diagrams.\nProven knowledge of backup and recovery, database security, and performance tuning.\nAdvanced familiarity with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) or similar tools.\nHands-on experience with ETL concepts and data integration workflows.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications (Good to Have)\nExposure to cloud-based databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of NoSQL databases or data warehousing concepts.\nBenefits:Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Separate Maternity Cover, Leave encashment, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, EOBI, Bi-Annual Increment.
