Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you're accountable for the final result.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners.\nAnswer technical questions within one working day.\nComplete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals.\nShow that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options.\nBring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team.\nUse Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire answers and proposal writing.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\n2-5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.\nConfidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers.\nWorking knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires.\nFamiliarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus.\nExperience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.
