Director, Data Partnerships

Vidmob is the creative data company. Its scoring software and analytics have become an essential ingredient in the creative and media decisions of the world’s largest marketers and agencies, as they strive to drive business results through improved creative effectiveness. As the leader in creative data, Vidmob’s influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry’s most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.

Why This Role Exists

Vidmob360 makes Vidmob the go-to creative intelligence layer inside every platform, agent, and workflow where advertisers make decisions. This is a new channel alongside our brand-direct business. The partnership motion, economics, service processes, and commercial model are being defined now.

We’re hiring a Director of Data Partnerships to take Vidmob360 from a product to a fully operating revenue program. You’ll build the partner pipeline and structure deals while also setting the commercial foundations that let creative intelligence flow into adtech platforms, agency operating systems, and LLM/agentic integrations at scale.

What you’ll Do:

Strategic:

• Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop commercial models for how creative intelligence is sold, integrated, and priced across partner types.

• Design the service delivery model for partner onboarding, integration support, and ongoing account health.

• Translate partner requirements and technical specs to business cases for product and engineering teams as they further Vidmob360 capabilities.

• Establish frameworks and playbooks that make partnership structuring repeatable, rather than bespoke per-deal.

Leadership:

• Build the operating rhythm for the partnerships function: cadence, reporting, and internal accountability.

• Secure internal (and new) resources, budget, and cross-functional commitments needed to serve partners well.

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to define and execute the go-to-market motion for Vidmob360 partnerships as a revenue channel.

• Represent Vidmob360 partnerships internally, building the case for investment and prioritization as the program develops.

Sales & Partner Management

• Identify and prioritize partner categories across adtech platforms, agency operating systems, and AI/LLM ecosystems where Vidmob360 creates clear value.

• Build and manage a partner pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreement.

• Structure and negotiate commercial terms and integration scope.

• Own revenue and pipeline targets for the Vidmob360 partnerships channel.

Compensation:

Base Salary - $230,000-$262,000

Commission - $100,000-$113,000
