Your job: make it work inside the most demanding companies in the world.\nQuick facts\n$6M raised, more on the way.\n\n14 people across Poland (mainly Gdańsk) and San Francisco.\n\nPart of NATO DIANA.\n\nCustomers: financial institutions and critical infrastructure.\n\nThe role\nDeploy Vidoc for customers: in our cloud, their cloud, on-premises, or in air-gapped environments.\n\nRun PoCs with their security and engineering teams, from scoping through evaluation.\n\nExtend our agentic AI AppSec product to meet customer needs: new features, custom workflows, and integrations with their stack.\n\nTune our agents for customers' codebases and triage findings with their AppSec teams.\n\nGive demos, dive deep into the technical details, and work with GTM on enterprise deals.\n\nTurn patterns you see across three customers into product features.\n\nWrite production code every week. This is an engineering role, not sales or support.\n\nOccasionally travel to customers, wherever in the world they are.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience shipping production code (TypeScript/Node.js preferred).\n\nKubernetes, IaC (Pulumi or Terraform), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nAI is part of your daily development workflow.\n\nComfortable speaking with C-level executives; fluent in English.\n\nCalm when a deployment breaks in an environment you've never seen.\n\nLow ego. You'll tell a customer (or us) \"this is the wrong approach\" and back it up.\n\nNice to have\nAny experience with AppSec or cybersecurity.\n\nExperience building AI, generative AI (GenAI), or agentic solutions.\n\nExperience as an FDE or Solutions Engineer, or in DevOps/SRE or software development roles with infrastructure experience.\n\nExperience working in regulated industries.\n\nWant pure product engineering with no customer contact?
