considerations\n\nReview data, reports, and performance measures to identify trends, investigate issues, and inform decisions\n\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to build shared understanding and resolve open questions\n\nSupport solution testing by reviewing test scenarios, validating results, and helping stakeholders assess whether requirements have been met\n\nManage changes to requirements and maintain accurate, accessible project documentation\n\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\n\nContribute to change management, implementation planning, and the ongoing measurement of business outcomes\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProfessional experience in business analysis or a related role\n\nExperience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements\n\nAbility to map business processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret information and develop evidence-based recommendations\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders\n\nExperience producing clear business analysis documentation, such as requirements, process flows, or user stories\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver work to agreed timelines\n\nProficiency with common business productivity and documentation tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace\n\nCommitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and professional handling of business information\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in an agile environment and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps\n\nFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau\n\nExperience supporting software implementations, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives\n\nKnowledge of change management practices, process improvement methods, or business analysis frameworks\n\nRelevant degree, professional certification, or
