tiny interaction beats that make something feel alive\n\nWhat we're looking for\nAn eye for craft that borders on obsessive\n\nA feel for live-tuning: real-time controls that let people shape a scene or character as it plays out, responding instantly to their input\n\nFluency in Figma\n\nComfort writing code and diving into a real codebase, mud on your boots and all\n\nA love of moving fast and working shoulder to shoulder with people in the same room\n\nA degree in design, HCI, computer science, or something adjacent, or equivalent experience\n\nHow we work\nWe build systems, not buttons:
