The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM modules, understand end-to-end project lifecycle processes, and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud modules. • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs. \n• Configure Oracle PPM to support project planning, budgeting, costing, billing, and project execution processes. \n• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, SCM, and HCM to deliver integrated solutions.\n • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.\n • Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments. \n• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.\n • Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and business process improvement initiatives. Required Skills \n• 8+ years of experience in Oracle PPM implementation and support.\n • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion PPM integration with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Fixed Assets.\n • Experience configuring project accounting flows, project cost transactions, intercompany processing, burdening, capitalization, project billing and accounting integrations with Oracle Fusion Financials\n • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud modules such as: \no Project Financial Management\no Project Costing \no Project Billing \no Project Contracts \no Project Control \n• Good understanding of project accounting and financial processes.\n • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support. \n• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher is preferred.\n • Experience working with integrations and collaborating with technical teams is an added advantage. \n• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
