This is a full-time position based in Singapore and reports to the UX & Design, Manager. You’ll be designing products that our users love to use not only because of the content we provide, but also because of how our products work and fit into their lives. Areas you might be working on include onboarding, content discovery or monetization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with product management and data in defining and executing our product strategy and roadmap.\nKey member of the UX design team working closely with UX Manager, providing program visibility and support across the design team.\nMapping out user journeys and the respective user flows across different program and projects.\nStorytelling chops, bringing these user stories and insights to life \nPresenting insights and co-create solutions.\nDriven by data and research, designing and analyzing workflows to support key business objectives.\nConduct both qualitative and quantitative research.\nCreating design prototypes, micro-interactions and transitions.\nConducting usability tests as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years of experience as a professional UX Designer.\nDegree in Interaction Design, Product Design or a related field.\nExperience designing UX solutions and Design systems for App (IOS/Android), Tablet and Web.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and organization skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDesign experience with consumer products.\nExperience working with AI tools e.g. vibe coding, Figma AI, Claude Skills and design systems.\nAbility to interact with both technical and nontechnical colleagues with strong opinions loosely held.\nExperience working in start-up and/or media company environments.\nRakuten is an equal opportunity employer.
