Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement to deliver world-class product quality, reliability, and long-term customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine product reliability, durability, and life requirements\nLead Design Assurance Lab and reliability validation plans based on customer use conditions\nLead reliability focused FMEA activities and facilitate risk mitigation plans\nApply statistical methods to evaluate reliability performance and support engineering decision making\nOptimize test plans to reduce cycle time while maintaining statistical confidence\nAnalyze field failures and warranty data to identify emerging risks and correlate to lab performance\nLead complex root cause investigations and drive corrective actions\nOwn failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS)\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of product development or reliability engineering experience in consumer goods or appliances\nDemonstrated success improving reliability through analytical and test-based methods Ex. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE) & root cause analysis\n\nExperienced in converting warranty and field performance data into actionable solutions\nExperience developing accelerated life testing & targets for thermal or electromechanical systems\nPreferred Qualifications & Technical Skills\nExperienced in 3D CAD systems.
