KRAResponsibilitiesKPIs 1 EHS Policy, Strategy & Management SystemsDevelop and implement comprehensive EHS strategies, policies, and programs aligned with local, national, and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).\n% implementation of annual EHS policy roadmap; ISO 14001/45001 certification & surveillance audit scores.\n 2Audit, Risk Assessment & Corrective Action ManagementLead audits, inspections, and risk assessments; identify workplace hazards and drive the development of corrective action plans.\nNo. of audits/inspections completed vs. plan; % CAPA closure within agreed timelines.\n 3Statutory & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and standards; maintain necessary documentation and communicate with regulatory bodies as required.\nZero statutory non-compliance/notices; 100% on-time regulatory filings, renewals, and approvals.\n 4Environmental Sustainability & Resource EfficiencyPromote environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution control across facilities and operations.\n% YoY reduction in waste generation, water and energy consumption; pollution control compliance rate.\n 5 Training, Awareness & Capability BuildingProvide training and awareness programs to enhance safety consciousness and ensure EHS compliance among employees and contractors.\nTraining man-hours per employee; % workforce (employees & contractors) trained/certified.\n 7 EHS Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementMonitor EHS performance through KPIs and ensure continual improvement through proactive measures.\nLost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR); Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR); near-miss reporting rate.\n 8Project EHS Advisory & Risk MitigationAct as a subject matter expert and advisor on EHS matters during project design, development, and execution.\n% of new projects with EHS review sign-off prior to execution;
