The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, experience in resolving application issues, and the ability to collaborate with R&D and Services teams to investigate defects and ensure timely resolution.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving functional and technical issues.\n\n- Monitor application performance, analyse logs, identify recurring incidents, and perform root cause analysis.\n\n- Collaborate with R&D and Services teams to investigate software defects, coordinate bug fixes, and ensure project timelines are met.\n\n- Work with development teams to validate fixes, perform regression testing, and prevent recurring issues.\n\n- Support application installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot database connectivity, query execution, data inconsistencies, and application-to-database integration issues.\n\n- Execute SQL queries to validate data, investigate incidents, and support application troubleshooting.\n\n- Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams to resolve environment-related issues and ensure application availability.\n\n- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with defined SLAs.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, incident records, and knowledge articles.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve support processes, application reliability, and issue-resolution efficiency.\n\n- Communicate issue status, technical findings, risks, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 6-8 years of experience in application support, production support, software troubleshooting, or a related technical role.\n\n- Strong experience in application troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.\n\n- Good understanding of application architecture, client-server systems, and application-to-database connectivity.\n\n- Working knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.\n\n- Experience coordinating with development, R&D, testing, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.\n\n- Familiarity with incident management, problem management, change management, and SLA-based support.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities.\n\n- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nSkills\nTroubleshooting, Production Support,
