The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and testing backend applications, REST APIs, microservices, and web services.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test suites using Java.\n\n- Develop and execute automated tests for web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.\n\n- Perform API testing and backend validation covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.\n\n- Analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automation coverage.\n\n- Validate API responses, request/response payloads, data flows, business logic, and service integrations.\n\n- Test microservices-based architectures and identify issues across service-to-service integrations.\n\n- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.\n\n- Investigate test failures, debug automation issues, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.\n\n- Perform regression and integration testing for new releases and enhancements.\n\n- Contribute to improving test automation coverage, framework scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and follow automation and software engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other QA/SDET engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nTech Stack & Tools : \n\n- Java, Playwright, Rest Assured, TestNG, JUnit, Git, CI/CD pipelines.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 7 -
