The scope is not.\nThe Short Version\nYou run the operating layer of Viktor's creative production, from brief to live asset: priorities, deadlines, vendors, reviews, QA and launch handoffs. You report to Kamil Goliszewski, our Head of Creative.\nWhat's Actually Going On Here\nCreative production for paid growth is scaling toward 100+ creatives a week, and processes are still catching up. It spans internal designers and editors, vendors, UGC creators and launches, with files scattered across Slack, Figma, Frame.io and Google Drive.\nPriorities shift, and not every brief arrives complete. With no creative ops team yet, you coordinate hands-on while building the systems that reduce it. Creative strategy stays with the Head of Creative, media buying with Growth.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nSet priorities, owners and deadlines for every active project, and allocate capacity.\n\nKeep vendors and creators delivering on time.\n\nRun reviews and QA, and get files and exports launch-ready.\n\nHand approved creatives to Growth and feed performance back into production.\n\nReplace repetitive coordination with AI and automation.\n\nHow You'll Know It's Working\nWithin a week, you know where every project stands without asking twice.\n\nBy day 30, every project has an owner and a date, and nobody asks where the files are.\n\nBy day 90, production runs without the Head of Creative chasing it, and approved creatives reach Growth with a reliable feedback loop.\n\nAt least 100 new creatives ship every week, coordinated by you.\n\nWho You Are\nYou've run creative operations, production or traffic for a high-output creative team, in-house or agency.\n\nYou can show it in numbers: assets delivered weekly, contributors coordinated, improvements you introduced.\n\nYou've worked directly with designers, video editors, creators or agencies, from brief to final delivery.\n\nYou know formats, exports and version control well enough to catch blockers early, without being a designer or editor.\n\nYou already use AI and automation to fix repetitive work. No coding needed.\n\nProbably Not a Fit If\nYou've run big campaigns on fixed timelines, never a continuous pipeline with weekly launches.\n\nYour work was updating plans and tickets more than clearing blockers.\n\nYou use AI tools but can't show a workflow you built.\n\nEven Better If\nYou've run high-volume paid social creative, ideally on Meta.\n\nYou've built processes at a startup while it scaled.\n\nWhy This Role Is Different\nViktor already automates parts of this workflow, and you'll shape what it automates next.
