You plan his week, triage what reaches him, make sure the team follows through on what it owes him, and run the rituals that make the marketing team a great place to work.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nPlan Kieran's time across internal and external meetings, and protect focused time for his own work.\n\nTriage his inbox, Slack and other channels. Flag blockers, risks and anything that needs his answer that day.\n\nKeep a live list of what the team owes Kieran, and chase it.\n\nSuggest and run team activities and online sessions that help the marketing org bond.\n\nManage all of Kieran's logistics.\n\nHow You'll Know It's Working\nNext week is planned by Friday, with focus time protected every week.\n\nKieran gets a daily note on what needs his answer that day, across email and Slack.\n\nThe list of what the team owes him is current and chased every week.\n\nThe first team sessions have run, and there's a plan for the next quarter.\n\nWho You Are\nYou've been an executive assistant to a C-suite executive.\n\nYour scope went well beyond the calendar: you owned inbox and comms triage, logistics and follow-through for your executive.\n\nYou can show how your work helped a team build a great culture.\n\nYou chase people on your executive's behalf before anyone asks you to.\n\nProbably Not a Fit If\nYou keep a diary and wait to be told what comes next.\n\nYou've only supported one executive at a large corporate and haven't worked at startup pace.\n\nEven Better If\nYou already use AI to run parts of the job.\n\nWhy This Role Is Different\nYou build how the marketing org runs, from Kieran's time to its team rituals, and the role can grow towards chief of staff or operations.\nHow we work\nSmall team, high trust, low process.
