We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.\nThe team is small. The scope is not.\nThe Short Version\nYou run Viktor's marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we can't buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product.\nMarketing can't keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. You're hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to Kieran Flanagan, our CMO.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nSit with the program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM and more), find the manual work, and automate it.\n\nOwn the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, the ad platforms) and decide what we keep, cut, replace or build.\n\nBuild apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and simple enough for someone else to pick up.\n\nKeep data joined up from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution.\n\nHow You'll Know It's Working\nBy day 90:\nA partner OS for all our partner programs is in daily use and documented for someone else to run.\n\nEvery marketing tool and automation is mapped with owner, cost, usage and overlap.\n\nAt least one tool or set of automations is cut, with the saving shown.\n\nTwo more tools, built for two other teams, are used weekly.\n\nNext quarter's builds are ranked by impact and agreed.\n\nWho You Are\nYou've shipped tools or agents with AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Viktor, Lovable or similar) that people used for months, and you fix them when they break. No engineering degree needed.\n\nYou've owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company. You know how pipeline gets made and can defend your buy-vs-build calls.\n\nYou've built something nobody asked for, as a founder, on a side project or at an early startup.\n\nYou ship good enough today, and know when a script beats an agent and when a $50 tool beats a build.\n\nYou can turn a messy ask from a marketing leader into something the team uses every week.\n\nProbably Not a Fit If\nYou configure tools but don't build, or you manage builders and no longer build yourself.\n\nYou're an engineer who doesn't know how marketing makes pipeline, or your stack experience is outbound and enrichment only.\n\nYou add tools and model calls without checking usage, cost or value.\n\nEven Better If\nYou've built on Viktor, or with agents, scheduled workflows and MCP.\n\nYou're hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL and APIs.\n\nYou've worked at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or built systems for partnerships or creator marketing.\n\nThe Hard Part\nLots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. You'll have to say no, and cut things people like.\nWhy This Role Is Different\nYour tools run Viktor's own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function.\nHow we work\nSmall team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.\nWe don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs.
