The scope is not.\nThe Short Version\nYou're a technical partner to our Account Executives on their highest-potential deals. You support discovery, build bespoke demos and use cases, run POCs with clear success criteria, and are the first technical touch when bigger teams start onboarding.\nYou join our new Solutions Engineering team in Dublin or Warsaw and report to our Solutions Engineering Lead. Until the Lead is in seat, you report to Robbie O'Connor, our Chief Revenue Officer.\nWhat's Actually Going On Here\nEnterprise and high-potential Inside Sales deals need hands-on technical help: bespoke demos, POCs, and answers on integrations and security. Today that pulls engineers off product work.\nAccounts and the sales number belong to the AEs, the support queue to User Operations, and product engineering to our engineers.\nThe Hard Part\nWe'll be honest: the scope is still being shaped, and the enterprise motion is new.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nSupport AEs in discovery on high-potential deals.\n\nBuild bespoke demos and use cases for the deals that matter most.\n\nRun POCs with agreed success criteria through to a decision.\n\nBe the first technical touch when bigger teams start onboarding, in place of our engineers.\n\nAnswer integration and security questions, and add what you learn to our answer bank.\n\nHow You'll Know It's Working\nBy day 90:\nYou've supported live deals with demo builds the team can reuse.\n\nAt least one POC has run to a decision against agreed success criteria.\n\nOur security and integration answer bank has grown with what you've learned.\n\nWho You Are\n2+ years as a Solutions Engineer, solutions or implementation engineer, forward-deployed engineer or technical CSM at a PLG, API or AI company.\n\nYou build real things for customers: scripts, integrations and agent workflows.\n\nYou've run POCs or technical evaluations to a clear outcome.\n\nYou explain technical and security topics plainly to non-technical buyers.\n\nYou build with AI agents and LLM APIs, hands on.\n\nProbably Not a Fit If\nYou demo, but you don't build.\n\nYou'd promise a feature, a roadmap date or a compliance date to win a deal.\n\nWhy This Role Is Different\nYou take an early seat on a new Solutions Engineering team, building with a product that changes weekly. As the team grows across Europe and the US, the path leads to senior Solutions Engineer or lead.\nHow we work\nSmall team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.\nWe don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs.
