Content Marketer (Phuket, Office)

We're looking for an experienced Content & Social Media Manager who will own the full content cycle across the company's brands and projects - from content planning and production to publishing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

This role goes beyond social media management. You'll work across social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and print and digital marketing materials, while coordinating creative teams and production partners. You'll have the opportunity to shape how our luxury real estate and hospitality brands communicate with an international audience.

What You'll Do

• Implement the approved content strategy across social media and other marketing channels
• Develop content plans and coordinate tasks across internal teams and external contractors
• Prepare content for email campaigns, print materials, and digital marketing assets
• Prepare and coordinate content for landing pages, the corporate website, and project websites
• Organize photo and video shoots from concept to delivery, including scripting, team coordination, locations, production, and post-production
• Manage designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other creative contractors
• Prepare and publish content across social media platforms
• Work with copywriting, visual content, Reels, and other short-form video formats
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and maintains a consistently high level of quality
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor social media and content trends and identify new formats and creative opportunities
• Analyze content performance and develop recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate closely with PR, digital, and other internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, content marketing, or content production
• Hands-on experience independently managing brand social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Experience developing content plans and content strategies
• Experience organizing and managing photo and video shoots
• Strong ability to work with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other contractors
• A strong understanding of visual content, brand aesthetics, and current social media trends
• Confident working proficiency in English (C1+)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results

Experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or international brands will be a strong advantage. Experience with influencer and creator collaborations, independent content shooting, basic video editing, or tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms will also be a plus.
