Our ideal candidate will be engaged, authentic, and prepared to create a \"best in class\" apartment community!\nAs the Maintenance Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the apartment community.\nPay: Up to $33/hr plus a quarterly bonus\n Daily supervision of Maintenance staff members including delegation of work orders, special projects and time management techniques\nInspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders \nHVAC, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests \nMentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members \nInvolvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team members\nProvides written monthly energy management recommendations for the building\nIdentifies capital improvements and obtain required estimates/bids\nAssists in budget preparation for maintenance expenses\n 3-5 years experience in a hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years supervisory experience leading a team.\nExcellent customer service and computer skills. \nAbility to create a team, mentor and train a team \nExtensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers and H.V.A.C.
